322 Birkdale Court is currently Active on MLS (as of Feb. 7th, 2021) with a current list price $1,299,000. As of  December 31, 2021 this property had been on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 763 Days.

  1. 316 Lindsay Road Sold for $540,000, and was on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 440.

  2. 248 St. Annes Parkway Sold for $560,000, and was on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 175.

  3. 287 St. Annes Parkway is reflected on the MLS as having Sold for $552,000, and on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 627.

  4. 273 St. Annes Parkway Sold for $645,000, and on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 209.

  5. 338 Lindsay Road Sold for $795,000, and on the MLS for a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) of 265.
