As the past Corporate Training and Development Director for 5 & 1/2 years with RE/MAX International’s largest franchise worldwide with 1,200 to 1,300 realtors, she developed and grew a non-existent training program into the envy of Midwest brokerage companies. Annually, she was training 1,200 to 1,300 real estate agents and helping them achieve their state-mandated 30 CE credits every two years. Although selling real estate is our profession and livelihood, we have a deep passion for teaching and educating realtors on how to be successful and be good stewards within the industry.
