Home sellers and buyers need to STOP hiring Average Realtors!
This is a mistake made over and over by the general public every year even though commissions for a top Realtor is the same. Sellers and buyer need to perform research and due diligence as it can make a big difference in a transaction. The NAR (National Association of Realltors) states that on average 90% of Realtors do zero to 1 or 2 transactions every year. Additionally, 4-5% of Realtors do about 75% of all transactions every year. Sellers and buyers should be seeking out the best Realtors in their community who have received additional training, who sell a lot of homes, and whose marketing is better than the average Realtor. Our education, training, experience and unique qualifications and background separate ourselves from that AVERAGE Realtor, while commissions are the same.
