What is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®?

A Seniors Real Estate Specialist® has received extensive training in working with clients aged 55+ and their families and the challenges and issues they face. To earn the SRES® designation, a Realtor® must:

• Complete the SRES® training course & pass the rigorous exam
• Maintain active membership in the National Association of Realtors®
• Maintain active membership in the SRES® Council
