The Troy Burne Recipe Club held their monthly gathering off-site in April at Grand Fete in Hudson, WI!
The night was filled with delicious Thai food: beef noodles, coconut chicken soup, shrimp fried rice, glazed chicken wraps and mango coconut rice pudding all prepared by Twin Cities Chef and cooking instructor, Terry John Zila. The group was entertained by Terry as he skillfully prepared each dish while the members sipped beverages they brought for the evening and then tasted each entrée. The recipes were shared by Chef Terry to allow those who have the interest to create the same dishes at home.
As coordinator for the Troy Burne Recipe Club, Becky Durham organized the evening outing to acquaint residents of the neighborhood with this local store in the downtown district that offers cooking supplies, decorative table furnishings, oils/vinegars and cooking classes. Becky’s knowledge of the Hudson, WI community is important in her role as a REALTOR® to educate new buyers of the wealth of opportunities to participate in the area.
