When we choose John and Becky Durham we knew they were knowledgeable and experienced Woodbury real estate agents. However, what we didn’t know was just how personable and friendly the two of them were. We immediately had a trust level and we intimately knew they were looking out for us. When John and Becky brought the buyers whom they represented to our home to negotiate around our dining room table it was a very fun experience. It put us all at ease knowing John and Becky were not playing favorites in the transaction. John simply got the four of us together and facilitated when he needed to, otherwise the four of us negotiated the price and terms. It was a very fun experience and all six of us ended up having developed a strong relationship because of the experience. I would certainly use John and Becky again in my next real estate transaction and would recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
