While the number of new listings remains about the same the closed sales are down about 56% compared to October 2021. The median sale price is at 4.6% with the average sale price at 8.7%. Upon closer investigation, these percentages are slightly down from September. Home sellers in 2023 need to exercise significant due diligence in finding very successful Realtors who have a strong marketing plan to showcase the home better than the competition if they desire the best price and terms for their home.
