The most current housing market for Troy Burne Golf Village and the surrounding area through September of 2022 has been constantly changing since earlier this year. The sale price for finished square feet has dropped from $194/FSF in 2021 down to $192/FSF in 2022.

In the Hudson WI, greater area median housing market sales appreciated 8.6% for a $33,000 gain over the past 12 months, and the average sale price appreciated 9% for a $38,000 appreciation an astute observer only needs to take a closer look to see big changes are rapidly taking place. When comparing Hudson’s September of 2021 to September of 2022 the median sale price dropped 7.5% for a $32,500 loss, while the average sale price dropped 11.8% for over a $55,000 reduction. Home sellers in 2023 need to exercise significant due diligence in finding very successful Realtors who have a strong marketing plan to showcase the home better than the competition if they desire the best price and terms for their home.
